    It is vitally important to correctly process metal before laying an anticorrosion coat, because improper treatment of this process may cross out all benefits of further work whether painting or zinc galvanization. Mechanical refinement of metal from rust is one of the effective techniques, if done professionally. We refine metal parts with sand blasting. After sand blasting the product has rough surface which is excellent for zinc layer application. Melted in voltage area zinc is blown to the metal, and as a result a protective layer is formed. With the help of this technological process can provide big metal part galvanic zincing. Powder painting is considered to be the leading surface painting technology, since it is environmentally friendly, doesn’t contain toxic solvents, relatively easy applicable, has excellent durability and low cost. Powder painting is the greatest achievement in surface treatment technology during the last years. We select high quality outdoor grade polyester powder for all of our products (not to contain 8 main types of heavy metals being tested by the SGS). The wooden structural products that we use are imported high quality lumber, with wood preservative treatments to increase the durability and resistance from being destroyed by insects or fungus. The surface is protected by high quality outdoors polymer paint spray coating, which ensures long-term protection from all the elements and supreme resistance to the sun’s damaging ultraviolet degradation and erosion rain.

We also provide custom made order with specifications according to the client’s need.
